When a buyer clicks a tracked link, that click is credited on a rolling 30-day last-touch basis. Every credit decision is written next to the click and the order that triggered it, so brands and creators always see the same evidence.

Refunds roll back automatically

If a sale is refunded or charged back, the order and its commission reverse on their own — no month-end spreadsheet reconciliation. Once a commission is paid, its record is sealed.
